Shipping costs

Germany delivery details:
Standard delivery: 3-5 working days, €3.90 or FREE for orders of €50 or more, after deduction of all discounts and reductions.

Delivery details for other countries:
Standard delivery: 1-3 weeks, prices from €5.90. FREE for orders over €50, after deduction of all discounts and reductions.

Shipping costs for orders under €50:
Austria: €5.90
France: €7.50
Netherlands and Belgium: €6.00
Spain and Italy: €12.90

When shipping to a non-EU country, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order. These are not collected or invoiced by us, but must be paid directly by you to the competent customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.

Returns

Free promotional items must also be returned to the retailer when returning the purchased goods/exercising the right of withdrawal.

If the buyer has received a discount on the purchase price subject to purchasing a certain quantity of products or reaching a minimum order value, and this condition is no longer met as a result of returning products, the discount promotion will also no longer apply. Additional costs will be charged or invoiced upon receipt of the return.
