Returns

Free promotional items must also be returned to the retailer when returning the purchased goods/exercising the right of withdrawal.

If the purchaser received a reduction (discount) of the purchase price subject to purchasing a certain quantity of products or meeting a minimum order value, and this condition is no longer met due to the return of products, the discount promotion shall also no longer apply. Additional costs will be charged or invoiced after receipt of the return.

Unless exceptions apply, the user may withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without stating any reasons. The user can find more information about the conditions for withdrawal in our General Terms and Conditions.

Instructions on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took or takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (New Flag GmbH, Leopoldstraße 154, 80689 Munich, support@new-flag.com, Telephone: + 49 (0) 89 889 970 44, Fax: + 49 (0) 89 4111 93830) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
